ProjEvo is an all-in-one client operations platform for agencies and freelancers. Our messaging features are designed exclusively for account-related communications within existing business relationships — not for marketing or promotional purposes.

Pre-Launch Notice: During the pre-launch period, messaging is limited to early access notifications and platform updates. Once the platform is live, messaging will include account-related notifications as described above.
ProjEvo does not send marketing messages, promotional offers, advertising, or bulk communications via SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, including login attempts, support interactions, billing events, and active project communications. You will only receive messages that are directly related to your use of the ProjEvo platform.
Typical message frequency may include:
- Verification codes: Only when you log in or perform a security-sensitive action
- Account notifications: As needed based on account activity
- Support updates: In response to support requests you have initiated
- Billing alerts: At the time of billing events (renewals, payments, etc.)
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from ProjEvo at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive from ProjEvo. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us.
- Account Settings: Log in to your ProjEvo account and update your communication preferences in your profile settings.
- Contact Support: Email support@projevo.io to request removal from text messaging.
After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. Please note that opting out of SMS notifications may affect your ability to receive important account security messages, such as login verification codes.

- Mobile Carriers: To facilitate the delivery of messages to your device

Consent and Opt-In
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box during registration, you expressly consent to receive the text messages described in this policy. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ProjEvo.
